How do I place an order?
Choose the piece you want, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. You'll enter your shipping address and payment details on the final screen, and you'll see the full total before you confirm. A confirmation email follows once the order goes through.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to follow your parcel at any point along the way. If the tracking hasn't updated in a while, get in touch and we'll look into it with you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as you can after ordering and we'll do our best to catch it. Once an order has been packed or handed off for shipping, changes aren't always possible. If it's already on its way, you can still use the return process instead.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Your statutory right to cancel also applies.
How do refunds work?
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to the original payment method. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank or card provider. We'll email you when the refund has been sent.
What payment methods do you accept?
All prices on this website and at checkout are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Transactions are processed over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card details.
My item arrived damaged or isn't what I ordered. What now?
Get in touch with your order number and a few photos of the item and its packaging. We'll sort out a replacement or a refund, and you won't be out of pocket for our mistake. Please keep the original packaging until it's resolved.
How do I choose the right lamp for a room?
Start with the mood you want. Warm light around 2700K feels soft and settled in a living room or bedroom, while a more neutral 3000K to 4000K reads better over a desk or kitchen counter. Brightness is measured in lumens rather than watts, so check the lumen figure when you're comparing.
Colour temperature, lumens and the bulb fitting are listed on each product page. If a fixture has integrated LEDs, no separate bulb is needed.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 2 to 3 business days, and delivery takes a further 4 to 9 business days on top of that, so roughly 6 to 12 business days in total. Business days are Monday to Friday. Shipping is free on every order across Canada, with no minimum spend. Every order is sent with tracking.
