Menazz uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to give you the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL enables encryption of sensitive information, including passwords and card numbers, during your online transactions. All of the forms on our site are secured with SSL technology so your personal information stays safe.
This secure mode begins when you start your order. You can verify it by looking for the closed lock icon in your web browser, and by checking that the site address begins with "https".
Payment terms and conditions
Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay. You can also pay with Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.
All prices on this website and at checkout are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. The amount shown at checkout is the total you pay: there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
We take payment when your order is placed. If we cannot accept your order, we refund the payment in full. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information about delivery times, and our Refund Policy for returns and refunds.
PCI compliance
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organisations that handle card and revolving credit information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around card data and reduce card fraud.
Your payment information
Your full card number is not accessible to us. When your purchase is completed, we are only able to see your billing information, shipping information, order details and the last four digits of your card. Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers over encrypted connections, and Menazz does not store your full card details on its own servers.
