Before you write
A few things you can sort out faster on your own:
- Where is my order? Check your dispatch email for your tracking link, or look up your parcel on our Track your order page using your order number or tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active.
- How do I return something? Read our Refund Policy first, then email us with your order number and we will send you the return address.
- Which lamp should I choose? Every product page lists the dimensions, materials, bulb fitting and light output for that specific fixture. If you are choosing between two, tell us the room and we will advise.
- General questions about delivery, payment and returns are answered on our FAQ page.
