Response time: we aim to reply to every enquiry within 24 hours on business days. Messages that arrive at a weekend or on a statutory holiday are answered on the next business day.
Before you write
A few things you can sort out faster on your own:
- Where is my order? Check your dispatch email for your tracking link, or sign in to Track your order. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active.
- How do I return something? Read our Return & Refund Policy first, then email us with your order number and we will send you the return address.
- Which lamp should I choose? Every product page lists the dimensions, materials, bulb fitting and light output for that specific fixture. If you are choosing between two, tell us the room and we will advise.
- General questions about delivery, payment and returns are answered on our FAQ page.
