Menazz operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Menazz is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

Which privacy law applies
We sell to customers in Canada, so we handle your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the federal privacy law that applies to personal information collected in the course of commercial activity in Canada. If you live in Quebec, Alberta or British Columbia, your province also has its own private sector privacy legislation, and the rights it gives you apply in addition to this policy.

Withdrawing consent for marketing does not affect messages we need to send you about an order you have placed.

We disclose personal information with Shopify, and with vendors and other third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as IT management, payment processing, data analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfilment and shipping. We may also disclose personal information with business and marketing partners, when you direct, request or otherwise consent, with our affiliates, and in connection with a business transaction, legal obligations, or to protect the Services. We do not sell your personal information.
Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide services to you.
Third party websites and links
The Services may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to read their policies before providing any information to them.
Children's data
The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
